I noticed on Doug Willets Sepp-alta site that he is selling of his best seppala and seppala crosses due to the recent credit crunch together with other circumstances. I did contact him and all his dogs are registered with the continental kennel club, unfortunately our kennel club does not deal with this organisation and the dogs can't be transfered into UK registered dogs.
If anone knows a way around this i would be glad to hear it. I think these dogs are just outstanding.
Sad that Doug is finding it hard to make ends meet.

I suppose it depends which organisation you want to run with, whether KC registration is important or not

You could run with SDAS in the open class.
The UK kc will not register Alaskan huskies so unfortunately any breed clubs are a non starter.
Out of interest is anyone in the US/Canada racing seppala/seppala crosses ?
Interesting to gauge how the outcrosses perform in comparison with Siberians or Alaskans of the moment.
