Hi All

I've just purchased a one bedroom property near Marbella in Spain.

The purchase is due to complete next Tuesday and I thought I'd let you know as I’m going to be renting it out for holidays and long weekends. Weekends will be £50 and  it'll be £150 for the week , initially offered to husky folks, will be a bit more after a while but offering it out at a bargain price to get people interested. Flights range from between £23 and £78.

It's only a one bedroom property, on the first floor (no lift, sorry!!) but It does have lovely views of the surrounding areas. Attached is a photo, so let me know if you are interested!!

Any liklehood of putting up a dog pen, because I don't think my dogs would manage the stairs......... ?
