I have a picture of the maps of the trails and the works that is being done, will get it on here soon.
For the most up to date info on the trails, give Steven a shout.

Here's the trail map :-
Which shows part of the trail which was used in the recent rallies is closed till next month and part of the trails you may be looking to use are closed till April next week.

I am guessing that you could drive up past the pen and park near the crossroads down from the Quarry and run the top trails from there?

Kelly,
Once you've done that, would you mind posting about the state of the very top of the trail, if you get up there. (The pink bit on DSS's original trail map).

yup sure no problem, peter. am hoping to go tomorrow if van is sorted at garage this morning and temp depending, as is 9 degrees here! arctic weather on the way!?
anyway, have had an email back from steven, saying
"The left hand side of the top outer loop is a wee bit stony on the hill part but the rest is fine."
have asked him about the right hand loop that is closed, will let you know,
