A Ray Reeves frame only, in need of some work but basically sound.

BUYER BEWARE
Although one of the first of it type and the benchmark for modern rigs due to recent changes to the SHCGB rally rule 1.4.4.6 this frame will no longer pass at the scrutinering.

What would it fail on at scrutineering?  Height of the brushbow?

No not height but the new width rule for brushbow or “bumper bar” if you have a Quadriga.
