Hi guys i am looking for a rig that will get me started it doesn't have to be anything flash i just need one to make a start. Anything considered!

It's up near Newcastle.  If you are willing to travel to collect it it might be worth it.  The reserve hasn't been met yet (sitting at £102).

If you are willing to travel and you like the look of it you could contact the selling to ask what the reserve price is.  If its not too highI would go for it.

How much are you looking at spending?  Some rigs are not too expensive even brand new.

If I was getting another rig I'd get a Bruce Hall made one myself, I think they're roundabout that price too...

I agree with Brian.

I've just ordered my new Bruce Hall rig.  £400 for rig with drum breaks.  You have to pay extra for shipping though.  At the moment the build time is 5 weeks from reciept of downpayment but this will get longer the closer it gets to working season and he gets busier.

I think the cheapest which uses rim breaks is £350.  If you would like to talk to him to discuss his rigs i can PM you his number.

Its from Powys so its definately one of Bruces.

Its a pick up only and from Fife which is even further away!
