Speak for yourself!  Huh

Nothing short of death would make me give up my dogs - there are ways around every physical disability. At university I lived with a chap paralysed from the neck down and he drove a car like the teenage maniac he was.....I'm sure if he was that way inclined he would have been able to get the equipment to drive a dog team.

Sorry folks but I will always run with myself tied to the rig suicide or not Angry. In the 20 years I have been running dogs I have and will always be attached. Fred however has a different view and who has lost dogs and teams, not me.

I do understand some of your views but this is a personnal choice and one for which I would not wish to impose on anyone nor wish for others to tell me its wrong.

I have been dragged a few times, wearing a helmet, and have had a couple of injuries but for me it was a price worth paying to keep hold of my dogs. Now I know that some bright spark is going to say that if I were paralysed I would be of no use to my family or dogs whats to say just falling off a rig is not going to cause the same injury Undecided

All of my injuries were to my knees, legs and face and in all accidents I was able to regain control of the dogs and continue, all be it in slight discomfort, so thems the break I say.

Amanda

PS Never been on a tiller, they look like fun though.
