Can anyone tell me where to get a good strong leather harness with proper buckles please. Or I'd happily buy a 2nd hand one from anyone if it's in good condition. She's only 15 weeks old, so we need one that will fit her now and see her through a few months. It's only for walking her.  Smiley

We did buy a synthetic one with those useless plastic snap fittings..........Big mistake, as I found out when I tied her up outside the chippy last night. It took 3 seconds for her to snap it with one hard tug. Luckily I dived on her before she bolted..!  Shocked

Hi

I would not use 'normal' shop bought stuff even for pups. I use ones from trailbaby & have used culpeppers in the past & both are excellent.  You will need a chat about what sizes.  I dont think they make leather ones but I would not use leather as I think it might be too rough.  These are designed & made by people who have huskies so will be strong enough.

Both Phil at Culpeppers & Sharon at Trailbaby can make what you want in whatever colour you would like.

Or you could call Heather Vendelborg at the SSHC 01875-341334  hvendelborg@hotmail.com

Good luck
